QuietAir Vents
The P10 For Her QuietAir vents are woven-mesh and have a softening effect on each breath as exhalations are diffusing out the sides of the mask. 50% quieter than the ResMed SwiftFX model, the P10 For Her uses similar designs in a slimmer, quieter, and more easily accessible mask system.
Color Coded Dual-Wall Pillows
The dual-wall nasal pillows connect easily to the frame and contract when pressure is applied, resulting in disturbance-free comfort for the wearer. In addition, the AirFit P10 For Her includes three color-coded pillow sizes - Extra Small (pink), Small (clear) and Medium (gray). And for assembly in rooms with the lights off, raised lettering along the top of the frame helps as a finger guide.
QuickFit Elastic Headgear
The headgear for the p10 For Her model is made of elastic fabric and an adjustable strap to fit any head size. Easily buttoned onto the AirFit stabilizer frame, the headgear tightens with a simple pull of the fabric.
Lightweight Frame
The AirFit P10 For Her improves on ResMed’s SwiftFX Nasal Pillow mask with a lighter and quieter design. Comprised of three main parts, the frame, the headgear, and the nasal pillows, the total weight remains just 1.6 ounces.
Flexi-Tube
The AirFit flexi-tube allows for easy mobility without jostling the pillows or seals. The tube is fixed to the AirQuiet vent attachment to avoid separation. The total hose length, including swivel, is 17 inches.

ResMed offers a feminine touch for the AirFit For Her with the QuickFit dusky pink elastic headgear. The included nasal pillows sizes of Extra Small, Small and Medium meet the needs of a smaller facial structure.

We ship orders domestically and internationally. You can choose which carrier to use and which shipping speed. If you do not see an option you want, or if you want your order to be delivered by a specific date, please contact us.
Before Placing Your Order
Please understand that our products are shipped from the United States. Buyers are responsible for any import or customs dues, taxes, or fees. As a retailer, we do not know, nor can we predict, what these costs will be. In addition, someone MUST BE present to sign for SistemmaCPAP.com products upon delivery. In general, carrier estimated arrival dates on international orders are not accurate and should not be relied upon.

International Orders
International orders shipped by DHL will arrive in one to five business days if the customs office in your country is not busy. It will take longer during holiday seasons.
We do not ship to Spain because they do not allow this equipment there. If you placed the order from Russia or China, it can only be shipped by DHL if you are an officially registered business. Nor Russia nor China does not allow DHL delivery to individuals. If you are not a business, your order will be shipped by USPS Priority or Express mail.
If you are a buyer from Mexico, we will ship your order by USPS Priority or Express mail (no DHL shipments).
If you are ordering from China, understand that China does not allow return shipments if the buyer’s address is incorrect. Buyers in China are encouraged to purchase insurance to secure items in the case that errors may occur, as the buyer will otherwise be liable for any loss due to incorrect, unreadable, or inconsistent shipping addresses.
International Fees and Duties
If you are an international buyer, expect to pay some amount of fees and duties. From our experience as a retailer, we have seen these charges as low as $83 Canadian, in the case of Canada, and as high as $120 USD for buyers from Asia and some European countries. These charges can vary a great deal between nations and territories.
We are not customs experts, so we do not know, nor can predict, what customs taxes or dues will be added to a shipment. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover these charges. If a buyer changes his or her mind and decides to return an order due to customs fees, we will issue a full refund except for the shipping charges incurred.

Two-Day Delivery
Within the U.S., “Two-Day Delivery” means two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All express orders placed before 3 PM Mountain Time will be shipped the very same day, and if after 3 PM, it will be shipped the following day. For example, if a Two-Day Delivery order has been placed on Friday after 3 PM Mountain time, it will be shipped on Saturday and delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Fraud Protection
Due to increasing numbers of fraudulent claims of items not being received, we require a signature for all orders over $200. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will either try to re-deliver the next day, or they will leave you a note with the address where your mail can be picked up.
Warranties
A machine comes with a two-year warranty. This warranty covers the machine and power supply only. Accessories, such as water chambers or hoses, are covered by a six-month warranty. If you need your unit to be serviced, please contact us, not the manufacturer. Your machine would need to be shipped back to us for service, repairs or replacement. If necessary, we can issue a repair through the manufacturer on your behalf.
Warranties
A new CPAP machine or oxygen concentrator comes with a two-year in-house warranty, a used or refurbished unit - with 90-day. This warranty covers the machine and power supply only. Accessories such as water chambers or hoses are covered by a six-month warranty if they are sold with a new unit and 90-day warranty if sold with an used or refurbished unit. Masks, hoses and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 6 months.
If you need your unit to be serviced, please contact us, not the manufacturer. Your machine would need to be shipped back to us for service, repairs or replacement. If necessary, we can issue a repair through the manufacturer on your behalf.
Please note - masks cannot be returned based on the claim that they leak air or do not fit. Water chambers need to be changed every 6 months. If your water chamber has been used for 6 months or longer and starts to leak it is time to purchase a new chamber.

New to PAP?
If you are unfamiliar with CPAP machines and want to try a machine or a mask for the first time, you will be better off renting first, either from us or from a convenient local supplier. This allows you to familiarize yourself with the treatment before making a decision on a purchase. We cannot guarantee that a mask, a machine, a specific feature, or the therapy itself will work for you. Nor can we be held liable for any manufacturer's advertisement claims. Do your research. These products are a lifestyle change, and you should educate yourself about any choice of purchase.
30-Day Rule
Within 30 days of the date of purchase, a customer may return a CPAP machine if it is in new condition and still receive a 100% refund minus shipping costs. This will include a return shipping cost that the customer will need to pay. If a customer returns a CPAP machine in used condition, we will refund 70% of the purchase price minus shipping costs. In either case, the customer pays for all return shipping charges. Masks are not returnable if used, damaged, or if the package has been opened. Machines are not returnable if damaged by the user in any way or if there is a strong odor, such as from smoking.
If 30 days have passed, nothing is returnable. However, if we make an exception and accept the return, the customer will receive 30% to 50% of the value of the machine, depending on its condition. If something is missing in the returned package, these items will be subtracted from the return total.
Memory Cards
If you want a memory card you must request it before your order is shipped.

Defects and Non-Functioning Products
SistemmaCPAP.com will accept returns on merchandise sold that has manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us and we will let you know if SistemmaCPAP.com can deal with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the item repaired or replaced. Please note that any associated shipping cost to return your purchased merchandise to SistemmaCPAP.com must first be paid by the buyer. No credits, refunds, or replacement products will be sent until we have received the item(s) for examination.
While ResMed machines are extremely reliable and rarely have defects, if there is by chance a defected machine, SistemmaCPAP.com will exchange the machine if a defect is verified upon return. A replacement unit will be sent immediately to the customer. If we cannot verify said defect, the unit will be shipped to the manufacturer for evaluation. This could take up to three weeks before the item is returned at the evaluation’s conclusion.
Machines with functional issues that are no longer under warranty may still qualify for repair by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturer. A Diagnostic Fee, may or may not be applied to the actual repair cost and will be collected prior to submitting the machine to the manufacturer for assessment.
Sizing
Mask sizes vary, and different manufacturers use different sizing standards and guides. If you wear one size mask in a particular model, do not assume you wear the same size in another model. Check with us first to be sure before you make your order. We are always available to our customers.
Leakage
Please note that all masks leak air at some point, and to some extent. When this occurs, it takes time and a specific skill set to adjust the mask so that it fits the customer's face and the air leakage is minimal. Because of this, return requests based on a claim that mask leaks air will not be approved, but we are willing to help you with your sizing specifications. Please contact us via phone, email, or through our contact page for details.
Water Chambers
Distilled water should ALWAYS be used on the water chambers. Tap or bottled water may cause a layer of salt to settle at the bottom of the chamber and can force a machine heating element to overheat trying to maintain proper humidity. This will significantly shorten the expected longevity both the water chamber and the heating element of the machine. Use of tap or bottled water also waives any warranty of chamber and/or heating element, as it is in direct violation of the product use agreement and instructions.
Loaner Policy
Loaner machines are offered for a flat rental fee to customers whose machine purchased from SistemmaCPAP.com is in need of repair or replacement.
We will do our best to meet your requests for the type of loaner you would like, however, loaner brands and models have varying availabilities.
You must return your loaner machine within 7 days of your repaired or replacement machine being shipped to you. If a loaner machine is not returned to us within 14 days of your return product’s arrival, you will be charged for the cost of the loaner machine.
Packaging
We reserve the right to repackage machines and other products in generic shipping boxes for more convenient transport, and to verify parts and functioning. This also ensures that the product you purchase has been inspected prior to shipment.
Cleaning Instructions
The P10 Mask For Her should be gently hand washed in warm water and mild soap. Note that the mask vent may show discoloration over time due to dust.
Daily Instructions:
- Disassemble the pillows from the frame according to the disassembly instructions.
- Thoroughly clean mask components (excluding headgear) with warm water (approximately 86°F/30°C) and a mild, soft soap.
- To maintain seal effectiveness, all facial oils should be removed from the pillows between uses.
- Use a soft bristle brush to clean the vent.
- If necessary, repeat all washing until everything is clearly and visibly clean.
- Rinse all components well with potable water and allow to air-dry outside of direct sunlight.
- Dry the vents by gently wiping with a cloth. When all components including the vents are dry, reassemble (according to the reassembly instructions).
Weekly Instructions:
- Hand wash the headgear in warm (approximately 86°F/30°C) water using mild soap. It may be washed without being disassembled.
- Rinse well and allow it to air-dry outside of direct sunlight.
WARNING: Some cleaning products may damage the mask. Additionally, harmful residuals can potentially be inhaled if not rinsed thoroughly. To avoid these problems, wash and rinse thoroughly according to the instructions below.
CAUTION: If any component shows visible signs of deterioration such as cracking, wear, or tears, the component should be discarded and replaced. Also avoid connecting flexible PVC products to any part of the mask. Flexible PVC contains elements that can damage the materials of the mask.
