Had a bipap machine for many years that was destroyed in house fire. I had stopped using it and my physician wanted me to try again. I was having issues with my health insurance carrier with the replacement and my fire insurance rep recommended this company due to reasonable pricing. Steven helped me pick out a mask and I must say my life with a bipap machine has completely changed. Before I never wanted to wear it and now, I don’t want to go to sleep without it. I took pain medicine for osteoarthritis for years and now I have no pain at night when I use the machine. It puts me in such a restful deep sleep and I cannot explain the reasons why. What I love about this company is that the pricing let’s me believe that these are folks with integrity and although it must make money, the company is not out to take advantage of people. Steven was very helpful and I attribute his willingness to help me pick out the proper mask, to my life changing experience. I will forever be grateful and although my insurance will pay for supplies etc, I choose to pay out of my pocket to deal with a company of high integrity than deal with any other company or insurance folks.
